I love our readers. I truly do. We put together these polls each week, and at least once a month, something wins that seems absolutely insane to me, and it tickles me every single time. We are in that territory this week, when a very unexpected title took the top spot in our ‘what is the best “_____ vs Predator” poll.
Y’all are crazy for deciding that “Archie vs. Predator” is the best of these titles, garnering 31.8% of the vote. This nothing against either Alex de Campi or Fernando Ruiz, but the pairing just seems so silly, so to read how many of you really loved the book makes me a) want to check it out, and b) praise your outside the box thinking. So let’s praise away!
In second place, not too far behind, with 27.3%, was “Batman vs Predator,” which is probably the second most famous pairing of Predator and another character, after the many, many Aliens crossovers. Rounding out the top three is another very strange title, “Predator vs Magnus Robot Fighter,” with 13.6% of the vote. Where my Gold Key fans at?
