It’s May, and so for those of us in the Northern Hemisphere, temperatures are rising, school is winding down, and we are starting to get that lovely feeling of freedom that exists even years after graduation: it’s almost summer!
Summer also means that many of our favorite television programs are going on hiatus until the fall, which is a bummer. How will we ever fill the time?
Well, same way we did last year, with the Multiversity Summer TV Binge, that’s how!

Our staff have all picked shows that they either missed the first time around, want to revisit, or simply feel like writing about, and we will be bringing you reviews of those shows all summer long, to tide you over until school starts again and our favorite comic adaptations return to primetime. For shows that are shorter, we are pairing up, so that there’s enough to cover the whole summer. Some of us are continuing what we reviewed last summer, some are starting new series. Here’s the full lineup for the summer:
Monday:
Batman: The Brave and the Bold by Rodney Ortiz
Gargoyles by Christopher Chiu-Tabet
Tuesday:
Neko and the Sword of Light – Matt Garcia
The X-Files – Jess Camacho
Wednesday:
Young Justice – Kevin Gregory
Babylon 5 – Elias Rosner
Thursday:
Frisky Dingo + Venture Bros. – Jonathan O’Neal
Avatar, the Last Airbender – Nicholas Palmieri
Friday:
Attack on Titan – Jacob Hill
Adventures of Superman – Brian Salvatore
Saturday:
Progress Wrestling – Ken Godberson III
The Expanse – Kate Kosturski and special guest Frank Skornia
Sunday:
Battlestar Galactica – Liz Farrell
So, fire up the wayback machine and join us on Monday when all the fun begins!
