I think now is as good a time as any to take stock of all the people involved in this upcoming superhero team-up. We’ve met Luminary, The Recluse, Vesuvius, Gaijin, Rundown, Punchline, and now Helot. Or maybe they’re not a new supergroup, but bitter enemies waged in a colossal war against each other, and the city is their battleground. I’m speculating, because Image hasn’t said one word about the story for this thing.
Today’s new character, Helot, looks like a Spartan cyborg, though I’m also getting an Orion vibe from him. I like the crazy, energy kopi-thing the character’s wielding, and the colorist on this book (whomever that might be) has done some nice lightning work with the blue and white melding.
