During the second day of New York Comic Con, Marvel hosted two panels for the X-Men and Spider-Man titles, as well as the first screening of the Hulu series Runaways.

– Jeph Loeb and the Runaways cast attended the screening of the pilot, while series co-creator Brian K. Vaughan sent a video introduction, where he expressed hope that the fans will “love it as much as I do.” Before the panel, Marvel released the first trailer online, which is only a minute long and can be viewed here. Despite being teased on a poster earlier this week, there’s no sign of the Velociraptor Old Lace. The show will be released on November 21.
– On day one it was revealed Kelly Thompson and Pere Perez will be the creative team on January’s “Rogue & Gambit” miniseries. Now it has been confirmed “Legion” will be written by former “X-Statix” scribe Peter Milligan, and drawn by Wilfredo Torres (“Moon Knight”). The series’ start has also been moved to February.
– At the “Marvel Legacy: X-Men” panel, Axel Alonso said both of those titles are five-issues long, but could become ongoings if demand was strong enough. The panel largely became a discussion of the resurrections of Wolverine, Professor X and the adult Jean Grey in, respectively, “Marvel Legacy,” “Astonishing X-Men” and “Phoenix: Resurrection,” which led to it being mentioned that there are no plans to bring back adult Cyclops.
– At the “Marvel Legacy: Spider-Man And His Amazing Friends” panel, the “X-Men Blue”/”Venom” crossover ‘Poison X’ announced on day one was discussed. It was revealed Cyclops’s father Corsair will be involved in the story, having encountered the symbiotes in space.
– The season pass for Lego Marvel Super Heroes 2 was unveiled: there will be six DLC level packs based on Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, Black Panther, Avengers: Infinity War, Ant-Man and the Wasp, Runaways and Cloak and Dagger. There will also be four character DLC packs; Agents of Atlas, Champions, Out of Time and Classic Guardians of the Galaxy.
