“The Tell Tale Heart” by Mike Mignola

— To the left is a preview of “The Tell Tale Heart” by Mike Mignola, a piece for The Tell Tale Heart Inaugural Group Art Show & Grand Opening which was held on March 12th.

— Mike Mignola talked to Entertainment Weekly about the end of Hellboy in Hell and what he’s going to do next.

— Here’s some news for our U.K. readers: Mike Mignola is coming to this year’s Thought Bubble.

— Crave revealed the trade covers for B.P.R.D. Hell on Earth – Volume 14: The Exorcist, the penultimate trade of the Hell on Earth cycle, and Abe Sapien – Volume 8: The Desolate Shore, collecting the final issues of the Dark and Terrible cycle. Check ’em out.

— Due to his ongoing work on Fight Club 2 and Batgirl, Cameron Stewart was unable to write and draw the upcoming B.P.R.D. Hell on Earth: The Exorcist as planned. Chris Roberson will be writing a script from Cameron’s outline, and Mike Norton will be drawing the arc with some assistance on thumbnails from Dave Stokes. Comic Book Resources has the full story.

— Last month I got to show off the Troll-witch’s Spoon from Skelton Crew Studios B.P.R.D. Artifact Archive. Since then, it’s been released and already sold out.

— If you need somewhere to store your singles, a Hellboy-themed longbox might be useful.

— 4-Star Studios is making a FCBD book for Challengers Comics called “3D Cowboy’s Cosmic Convict Challenge(rs)”. Drawn by Ryan Browne, Tim Seeley, Luke Smarto, and Mike Norton, the cross-over story includes characters such as Savage Dragon, the Toxic Avenger, the Wretch from Mythic, Molly Danger, and a big red guy called Hellboy. — Laurence Campbell talked about his work on B.P.R.D. Hell on Earth with Tripwire. He also confirmed that he’ll be working on B.P.R.D. beyond the Hell on Earth cycle.
