We were huge fans of “Strayed” #1, the Dark Horse book from Carlos Giffoni and Juan Doe. What’s not to love about a cats in space adventure? Here is how Giffoni described the book to our Kyle Welch:

The shortest description for “Strayed” is that it is about an astral traveling cat trying to save the galaxy. And of course, there is a military-industrial complex trying to abuse this astral projection power to colonize new planets. Beyond that, the most unique and interesting element that people reading advanced copies call out is how well we captured the close relationship between a human and their beloved pet. This relationship between Kiara and Lou is at the heart of Strayed; it will be tested many times and will have to be very strong for them to prevail.

The third issue hits stands on October 16th, and we’ve got an exclusive preview of that issue.
