On Friday, we asked our readers to pick a DC Universe show to binge while we are all doing our best to social distance. With a ton of options, we thought that this might be a close contest. And, the top two choices were relatively close, but there was a decisive decision.
Doom Patrol, 2019’s breakout DC Universe original series, was the winner of the poll, with 29.2% of the vote. The series, the only show announced to be both on DC Universe and the upcoming HBO Max streaming service, was extremely well reviewed and left even the biggest skeptics of Titans, the show it spun off from, loved the series.
In second place was the series that I think would have taken the top spot; this series is one of the most revered comic book series of all time. Of course, I’m talking about Batman: The Animated Series. 25% of the readers voted for this series, which, for real, if you haven’t seen this show, what are you waiting for?
In third place was Harley Quinn with 12.5% of the vote. The series, which had its second series premiere this weekend, has been a lot of fun, and nice companion piece to the recent Birds of Prey film.
