New York Comic Con, the East Coast’s largest comics and pop culture event of the year, happened two weeks ago. Multiversity brought 15 staffers to the convention this year for interviews, panel reports, and more. Over the next month or so, we’ll be sharing all of our experiences here on the site. So, even if you couldn’t make it yourself, you can see the con through our eyes.

Jock is a UK-based illustrator, who is about to launch “The Batman Who Laughs” with his longtime collaborator, Scott Snyder for DC Comics. Jock and Snyder have also prepped the “Wytches Bad Egg Halloween Special,” due out at the end of the month for Image Comics. Jock has also done a fair amount of work designing for films like Dredd and Star Wars: The Last Jedi. We spoke about all of this and more at New York Comic Con.

Thanks to Jock for making this interview happen, and check out “The Batman Who Laughs” later this year, and “Wytches Bad Egg Halloween Special” later this month!
