Jeremy Holt is one of a handful of former Multiversity writers to move from writing about comics to actually writing comics, including work for DC, Marvel, Simon & Schuster, and more.
Multiversity Comics provided an online space for all of us to revel in our love for comic books. It holds a special place in my heart because it provided a platform for me to share my trials and tribulations, while navigating the industry as a fledgling writer, through a monthly column titled Strange Love. I remember attending the Multiversity Comics party at NYCC in 2012, and felt like I had made an impact in the industry when strangers and friends alike approached me to discuss my column’s latest installment. That genuine connection to the comics community is all thanks to this beloved site that had an amazing 15 years.
Multiversity Comics may be dead, but it will live on in the hearts and minds of fans like me.
