Check back often, and soon!
Comics:
– Marvel launched “Avengers United,” an Infinity Comics series by Derek Landy, Marcio Fiorito, and Erick Arciniega. The initial 25-part arc will see Earth’s Mightiest contend with an impending interstellar disaster, and a new, technologically advanced alien race called the Ghesh, who are struggling with internal division. The first chapter is available now on Marvel Unlimited, with subsequent installments releasing every Thursday.

– DC revealed six new ‘Elseworlds’ series for 2024.
– Rapper Kid Cudi (Scott Mescudi) announced “Moon Man,” an Image series created with writer Kyle Higgins and an unannounced artist. Building on the character from Mescudi’s discography, the series revolves around Ramon Townsend, a former NASA astronaut working for private space company Janus. After managing to get everyone to safety during a mission gone wrong, Ramon discovers he has dormant superpowers. Higgins likened the series, launching January 2024, to “Miracleman.”
– Jason Fabok, Gary Frank, Bryan Hitch, Geoff Johns, Lamont Magee, Francis Manapul, Brad Meltzer, Peter J. Tomasi, and Maytal Zchut have formed Ghost Machine, a new imprint of Image Comics, which will now be the home of Johns and Frank’s series “Geiger.” The imprint will launch properly with the 64-page “Ghost Machine” special in January, “that will introduce four shared universes, each with a focus on action, family, horror or science fiction.” These will include the First Ghost, a supernatural White House resident created by Meltzer and an unannounced artist, and Tomasi and Manapul’s “time-traveling Rocketfellers.”
– Oni Press revealed two hardcover releases of “Scott Pilgrim” to celebrate the comic’s 20th anniversary next year, which will respectively reprint the series in color and black-and-white. Each box set will have clamshell cases, designed by Patrick Crotty to evoke the era’s PlayStation 2 logo design.
