Exclusive: “The Strain” Returns with ‘Mister Quinlan – Vampire Hunter’

This fall, Dark Horse Comics will publish the first chapter in the latest volume of “The Strain” with ‘Mister Quinlan – Vampire Hunter.’ Continuing the adaptation of Guillermo del Toro and Chuck Hogan’s series of novels, the five issue series will see the return of writer David Lapham, who finds himself without his longtime “Strain” collaborator Mike Huddleston. In his stead, Lapham will be accompanied by pencilist Edgar Salazar and inkers Keith Champagne and Dan Jackson. Also making his series debut, Juan Ferreyra will provide the cover for this first issue, with Paolo Rivera on variant duty. The series kicks off just two weeks after “The Strain’s” season two premire on FX.
