Dark Horse imprint Berger Books has had a wonderful run of books thus far. “Everything,” the second Berger Books title from one of our 2019 Breakout Writers, Christopher Cantwell, is off to a great start. Here is what our Jonathan O’Neil had to say about the debut issue:

The simmeringly sinister premiere issue of “Everything” is a discomforting debut from an accomplished creative team that seems unconcerned with smacking readers over the head with its storytelling prowess, instead opting for a more thought-provoking approach that respects readers’ patience.

We are thrilled to share an exclusive preview of “Everything” #5, which wraps up the first arc of the series, and hits stores on January 1.

Shirley’s battle with function and purpose takes a personal, devastating turn, while Eberhard’s life crumbles away and Lori’s restarts. Everyone’s perspective has changed—but who’s really in control of Holland, Michigan? In the unbelievable conclusion of arc one, the balance of everything has shifted . . . and there’s no turning back.

Thanks to Dark Horse for the preview, and make sure to pick up the issue next week!
