In case you missed it, BOOM! Studios announced that they will be releasing a new all-ages original graphic novel from cartoonist Sam Davies called “Hex Vet.” We also released an interview with Ben Percy from C2E2 about his jump from “Green Arrow” to “Nightwing.”

– First up, Warner Bros. Animation released a full length trailer for Teen Titans Go! To The Movies. Not only will all the characters (and cast) from the television series make their big screen appearance, but the movie will feature a plethora of guest cameo appearances with talent such as Will Arnett, Kristin Bell, Lil Yachty, Halsey, and Nicolas Cage. You can check out the trailer here. Teen Titans Go! To The Movies arrives in theaters July 27, 2018.
– Following the success of “Action Comics” #1000, DC plans to continue celebrating 80 years of Superman by releasing a deluxe hardcover edition of the comic, including additional content like original art from the Marv Wolfman/Curt Swan story ‘An Enemy Within,’ design sketches from Jim Lee, and complete reprints of 1938’s “Action Comics” #1-2. The book will go on sale September 26, 2018 in comic shops, and will be in book stores October 2, 2018 for $19.99.
– As Avengers: Infinity War continues to shatter records across the globe, there seems to be one question on peoples minds – probably lots – but one in particular is set to impact the MCU in the very immediate future: where was Ant-Man during Thanos’s rampage? Some of Earth’s Mightiest Heroes have their own thoughts on that. Yesterday, after the release of a new poster featuring Michelle Pfeiffer as Janet Van Dyne, Marvel released a trailer for Ant-Man and the Wasp. Find out what Scott Lang was up to during Infinity War on July 6, 2018.
– DC’s “Doomsday Clock” #5 and #6 have been pushed back, according to Newsarama. “Doomsday Clock” #4 was previously delayed as well. Each issue has been delayed a month with issue #5 hitting shelves on June 20, 2018 and issue #6 on August 29, 2018.
– Bleeding Cool reports that LINE Webtoon, the Korean digital free comic book service has announced nine new titles, including “Eat Fighter” by Fred Van Lente, Crystal Skillman, and Fernando Pinto, “Messenger” by Eisner-winner Paul Tobin and Ray Nadine, and “Nothing Special” Season 2 by Katie Cook, just to name a few. – SCRAP Entertainment, which specialize in live escape entertainment, have announced JoJo’s Bizarre Escape: The Hotel, a live experience based on author Hirohiko Araki’s groundbreaking manga “JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure.” According to Newsarama, the game will trap players in a labyrinth like hotel, and they must examine clues and solve a gauntlet of puzzles by utilizing their special abilities to defeat the evil mastermind, DIO. The game even features a brand new original character personally approved by Araki. The live experience hits the U.S. at FanimeCon in San Jose, CA, from May 25-28, 2018 and Anime Expo in Los Angeles, CA, from July 4-8, 2018.
– According to CBR, Chip Zdarsky has officially revealed that former S.H.I.E.L.D. agent Teresa Durand is in truth Peter Parker’s biological sister. “The time travel arc [in ‘Peter Parker: The Spectacular Spider-Man’ #302] was the perfect spot for her to make the discovery,” Zdarsky told CBR. The character was introduced in the 2014 OGN “Amazing Spider-Man: Family Business,” but whether she was actually Peter’s sister has remained ambiguous until now. “Peter Parker: The Spectacular Spider-Man” #304 goes on sale May 9, 2018.
– And finally today, FX has greenlit an additional episode of their acclaimed series Legion starring Dan Stevens as David Haller, the titular main character. According to Deadline, the 11th and final episode of the season will be written by show runner Noah Hawley and directed by Keith Gordon. Now with 11 episodes, the season finale of Legion is set to air on June 12, 2018.
